Everything here is great. Very fresh sustainable seafood . All the rolls are delicious as are the seafood bowls

I really like Umi - really fresh fish , and a great spot for a weeknight dinner , when you want to wind down, eat something delicious and talk about the day.

A little pricey , but fantastic sushi and super friendly staff . My go-to sushi spot (especially for takeout ).

Agedashi Tofu is PERFECT! Soft tofu , with an ideal fried skin, bonito and delicious broth! Careful - it's served super hot!

While the nigiri sampler is the star here, don't skip small plates they are stellar.

One of the best sushi joints in SF, hands down. Ask the owner for a sake recommendation.

Both restaurateur and punters a tad up their own arses however: good selection of Sake a tad uptight - Japanese style .

Not sure the hype. Sushi rice was very good, but expensive for what you get. Kani Sunomono was good too.
