If you're doing the falls , spend the money and do it right. Get a room with a great view . Also, cross one off the bucket list and do it up against the floor to ceiling windows .

A floor on the higher levels well worth extra price. Especially on nights with fireworks ! Busy hotel but very efficient and friendly staff .

The higher you go, the more likely it is you can get a US phone signal (and an amazing view ). On 9th floor and 32nd I can get Verizon LTE. No roaming charge for me!

Maybe don't buy tours at the lobby. They cost $150++ per head at the Elite/ Magnificent Tours counter. You can buy the same major attractions for $46.95++. But you have to get your own transport...

Great pool, buffet breakfast , complimentary alcoholic beverages and snacks for cocktail hour and parking $25 or $35. Choose the two queen with sofa bed for large numbers of people

Besides using the valet parking at $30 a night, you can also park at the Casino 200m down the road for $5 a night.

Worth paying for the presidential suite rooms which have a great view of the falls .

If you are trying to avoid the parking charges at the hotel , and the Fallsview Casino car park is full, there's a gift shop opposite the hotel (OK Gift Shop ), that will let you park overnight for $20.

Mandatory off-site valet parking you get shuttled to, and it costs $60? Pass.

If you are staying in a room with a view of the falls make sure you wake up to witness the sun rise. ????

Great View from the executive suite 834 it's my favorite room to stay in, in Buffalo! But the Hospitality needs to improve a bit in the dinning room.

A beautiful view and nice experience but get ready for the fees... a tourist fee, even a charge for local phone calls

Property is being renovated A LOT of issues due to this, plus they added rooms with reno, but did not add elevators . Plan to wait a LONG time for the elevator !  Mgmt does seem to care.

Breakfast buffet was bad.Elevators had issues,we had to wait for over 15 minutes to get one. Many crowds at the elevator . Only the falls view is worth it.I would take the breakfast outside the hotel .

If u online check-in and chose a room, make sure u get the room. They will change the room without informing you. Dislike. Room 4009 and other floors' same stack (xx09) DEFINITELY has differences.

Free breakfast was not up to Hilton standards but more like Motel 6. Almost all food was cold and unheated on the serving line . The only cooked to order item was omelettes . Definitely worth price paid

Dining by the Niagara Falls at The Keg is exceptional. Don't miss such a rare opportunity and check out the restaurant .

20th floor and above gives you great views , wake up early for breakfast . Btw. Parking is $30

Ditch The Keg and try Ruth's Chris Steakhouse across the street. A bit pricer but worth it.

I love the views ! The breakfast is terrible. None of the staff (front desk ) was friendly except for the bell boys and valet .

If your at all a little queezy. Stay below the 30th floor . Im on 41st floor took a day to get acclimated.

Wifi is not free, pool is 3ft deep, fun if you're a garden gnome, overpriced hotel , costs a dollar to play freakin' pinball . However, the view of the falls is amazing

Package deals in the "off season" are very affordable and include great extras often worth $50 or more.

This hotel can sell your room becareful with your payment.I payed my room 4 mounts ago but they didn't give me a room because of this I'm waiting outside at 3 am. Gardens and parks is better then here

False fire alarms blasting for about 15 minutes at 2:30am. So much for sleep. Advertised self-park option apparently no longer - only $35 a day valet ripoff.

The arcade sucks. It's $1 per token and most games are 3 tokens. Plus, a lot of the machines eat your tokens. Was not impressed
