Great hotel close to the falls and main carnival strip. Stay on the upper tower floors where all rooms have a falls view . You can see the US from there.

Great and cosy hotel ! Plus you get a cookie when you check in. Otherwise the staff is nice, the rooms are clean and pretty quiet . The view isn't breathtaking, but you can still see the Niagara Falls

Nice and large hotel.Rooms are big and clean . Check in Chocolate biscuit is good. Coffee and tea maker available in rooms. View from 4'th floor view is not breathtaking, but you can see the river .

Hotel is clean and large. Location is great. Redline bus stop right out front. It also has a small saltwater pool. Rooms are large with some great views .

Great Hotel , close walk to the Falls, great service, great prices. Oh and if you like chocolate chip cookies , they have the best! Yes they have the best, go try for yourself!

Nice hotel . Can't see much from the rooms though. 2 block walk to the casino . Parking is 13 per night. Only 2 elevators for many floors so it can take a while. HHonors diamond breakfast stinks.

This is a nice hotel . The pillows are best. The only thing that is disappointing is no complimentary breakfast . And all the IHOPS on every surrounding corner are not open and it's 8:00 AM.

Fallsview rooms are the way to go! Great view , two bars , very close walking distance to attractions and loads of pillows :)

Bought some postcards and stamps at the gift shop the guy said he was going to mail them out for us.....three weeks later nobody has gotten them yet

The entrance is pretty, the cookies are yummy, and free wifi , Love the view ;). Downfall-most tv channels are snowy:(

The pool has a heated floor! The restorant from noon to 6pm - all appetizers and glass of wine for $5 eaxh.

I can use free wi-fi. And the view of room is brilliant even though i can't see the fallsview.

Lobster Fest on now until end of August - add a 6 oz Lobster Tail for $8.95 to any dinner entree .

Every room has free wifi - and it works too! Now we van pöan oir trips with ease without expensive roaming cost!

Great facility and rooms. About a 10min walk to Clifton Hills and about a 15min walk to the Fallsview area

The Aveda Spa is nice. Sean gives a great massage . Spa doesn't have many amenities compared to Fallsview.

Only place I would stay when I'm down here.

Very convenient parking on-site versus valet, $12 daily selfparking fee. No waiting for your car.

Unfortunately the service has gone down hill ! Cookies were hard as rocks! Asked for a room change due to noisy neighbour told me no sold out despite the fact I could go online and book a room.

The showers in the deluxe room is very small I couldn't stand facing the shower head without hitting the door open... Rest was fine
