Golden Star Vietnamese Restaurant

I make it a point to go to the best pho spot in every city I visit and Golden Star was an absolute standout. If you don't end your meal with a Vietnamese iced coffee , I feel so, so sorry for you.

If you’re going for the first time, go for pho . (I like the #17 five spice chicken .) Cash-only, but $10 is all you need for a delicious, spicy bowl of noodle soup . Perfect for a quick bite on the go.

Chicken Fried Rice and Pork Pho were very tasty and large portions . They provide free hot tea ! Prices were quite reasonable. They only accept cash.

The bun bo hue (#22 spicy beef noodle soup ) might be the best I've had in the city so far!

Pork , chicken and vermicelli makes me happy. Great, well priced Vietnamese food . Oh and the pho ???? is great as well .

Pho ! I had the fish cake and it was good. The drinks are specially good as a dessert . Try the 3 bean. Weird and delicious.

Grilled Pork with Imperial rolls (#45) is mind blowing. Super authentic and a must try! This is a recommendation from a Vietnamese! :)

#32, Lemon Beef (served cold) is incredible. It's a Vietnamese beef carpaccio , and I could eat it for every meal.

22 bun bo hue is great. So is 91 , seafood soup . I recommend getting a bowl of rice with it

First Vietnamese restaurant that I had to wait in line to eat. I had #1 with Thai tea and they were both very good. I had to share the table with few other ppl but overall great food for good price

The different soups with noodles are amazing.

Their rice plates are generally better than their broth noodles . Imperial Rolls if you are down for neither.

Get the 5 spiced chicken and egg roll rice dish- ask for the egg on top!!!

One of my favorite places in Chinatown. The portions are huge and everything is pretty cheap .
