This Club is staffed by Continental team members and they are the best. They know how customer service should be done and they take pride in remembering their frequent travelers. Thank you all!

Internet is a bit slow especially when there is a crowd. Friendly and attentive staff . Be prepared to lug luggage up the stairs as the elevator is typically out of commission.

Dated, old and small club. Get in early as it takes a long time to get in as the computers are slow. Bartenders are the best part of the experience. Food is sparse and limited options.

The ladies at the front are the most helpful. They've gotten me out of some major airport jams . Thanks Willa, Vicki, Laura, and Jeannie!

Completely packed, not one seat available. Very little choices of food and drinks. No windows to outside. Not up to the Star Alliance Gold standards.

The bar staff here rocks.. Definitely hang out if your schedule permits!

Better lighting in this lounge , in case you need to get work done.

Great newspaper magazine rack for the taking!

As of September 2013, comp drinks menu has changed. Only two types of beer are comped. :(

Continental makes some of the best Bloody Marys ! Ask for it spicy !

First United club I've been to with below average bananas . Everything else is typical United club

So much nicer than red carpet clubs!

No windows. Bathrooms are no good. Okay club but worst one I’ve visited.
