American Airlines Admirals Club

Staffed by the friendliest people in the world. I didn't have my Qantas Club card with me, but Mary checked on the PC and then gave me a couple of complimentary drinks vouchers . Simply wonderful.

Wonderful friendly staff . Let them know if you're flying international, and they'll hook you up with drink vouchers .

The best staff ! I was stuck in Austin and the staff realized I would miss my connecting flight, they got me booked First-Class on a Continental flight so I could make my son's birthday!

Great lounge with solid wifi . Quite small, however, so be prepared to fight for a seat at times.

The staff is friendly but it needs to be updated. Very limited access to power outlets . I found one way in the corner that was difficult to access.

Everything is bigger in Texas except for this lounge . Although it's relatively quiet/cozy. Usual amenities for AA lounges , but seems a bit newer.

When you're flying British Airways all drinks and snacks from the bar are complimentary . Just show your eligible BA boarding pass!
