The egg white omelette here is the best I've ever had. Both the flavor and the presentation - consistently (1 a week for the past 6 months) this is one of the best options for breakfast in Denver

The design/decor is very art deco and 70s ish. Interesting concept of writing post it notes in the bathroom and attaching to the frosted glass wall though.
