We waited in line for 30+ minutes for a latte and hot chocolate . When we finally got it, the hot choco legitimately tasted like water.

Plain & simple: bad food. Mac & cheese was burnt, quinoa had no flavor and the pork burger was uninspired. Worse, waiter demanded we move tables & couldn't have bothered to help us. I won't be back.

Guy at register is super slow and talks forever. Waited 10 mins while he helped one person with 5 people in line . I left and went to food lab. Better service, better food, and was way faster.
