Very nice place! The pool outside is stunning! A little bit far from the action on Duval ST, but they have a shuttle with flexible hours that can take you down there for free!

Great place to stay for the weekend! Everything is not too far away there's a shuttle to get you around!! Great food, love the conch !! They have the best cookies ever!!!

Hotel service was outstanding! Breakfast is delicious, rooms very clean and lobby and pool areas chic . A hotel I would stay in again without hesitation.

Lovely resort with access to a free shuttle , pool, hot tub and tiki bar . On the quieter side of town , but great place to rest and relax.

Good hotel , but needs an update or at least a heated pool . Water is just too cold to swim when here in winter time. Coldest pool of all the hotels we stayed in Florida the last 3 years. ( about 12 )

Great property with terrific amenities & extremely attentive staff . Far enough from the traffic & crowds but close enough to town via a quick shuttle bus drive.

Shuttle every hour into town , nice rooms, great staff , relaxing pool. Very accommodating if you check out and have go wait for a later flight.

Place is on the Otherside of Key West, meaning in New Key West near the Airport . DO NOT let this dicourage you. They have a shuttle that is part of your stay that runs every hour to two ends of Duval

Take the Doubletree's hourly shuttle to the Divers Direct stop and walk west on Greene Street to the Key West Marina for excellent fishing charter opportunities.

Old Town Trolley picks up at this hotel each morning for guests with tour tickets. What a great service for a quick trip downtown.

Hallways have heat being pumped in and bar tender at pool bar needs lots of help

They've got free shuttle busses to the city centre and the beach , departing every 60 minutes.

Property is getting old, needs a refresh. First room smelled of mold and the AC sounded like a jet was landing in my room. Front desk staff needs serious customer service training .

In 2006 a person died of carbon monoxide poisoning in room 416!!! They were closed for 3 months.

1st room the ac was loud , 2nd room my ac didn't work... It was stuck at 80 degrees... Won't come back here!!

Cockroaches in the room... Disgusting!
