Used to be quite nice as a cafe place but now few and far between. Some hi end Chinese restaurants there but nothing really interesting. More lively place to explore is outside the 2/F of the mall .

Best oil painting shop here at 1st floor next to senQ or Grand Imperial restaurant ! Good service , beautiful paintings and custom framing. The shop Ian called Darlington Art Gallery .

A thriving shopping location catering to the large expatriate community in Hartamas area. Rakuzen restaurant boasts some great Japanese food but you'll have to book ahead especially for weekend dinner
