Rakuzen (樂膳)

I wrote a negative review on 2015 but I believe their service and food have improved a lot since then. Their food is served very fresh and tasty plus an attentive service . ????????

Nice Japanese restaurant . Most things done right, good choice amongst the Japanese chain. Edamame is especially done right!

Take the lil cozy cubicle-ish seats inside. Felt like a rabbit in a hole. Best gila while eating. ????????

Not completely pleased w the portion of a bowl of garlic rice . Apart from that, shimeji karaage and tori karaage here are the bomb!!

Prices have gone up 30% this month for the lunch sets (mine used to be RM38 now RM50). No longer good value as before.

I had the Yee sang and unagi zen. They were good, Esp the Yee sang . However, we waited for long time for the sushi , sashimi and the extra bowl of rice to come. :( environment is good:)

Very narrow and small restaurant from the outside but plenty of private booths . Slow service as the restaurant tends to be packed only on weekends. Better to come on weekdays.

The set lunch here is quite filling & has good value to it but make sure they don't forget your chawan or side dishes that sometimes get missed-out!

Rakuzen serves up decent sashimi . Most value for money comes from its lunch bentos .

Food is consistent, service not always perfect. But Rakuzen has become my standard fare for Japanese food .

Items that are consistently good: chicken katsujyu, sushi , salads , sashimi n grilled fish . This place has never let us down.

Food average but here's a place where the staff is always frickin right and the customers are 2nd class citizens. Tip meter...you can kiss my ass!

Really great atmosphere!

Should check out their sashimi salad , the lobster , cranky salmon rolls . I just love it :)

Sashimi is quite average here.

ive heard so much abt this place but dissapointed. the grilled toro had good texture but taste was didnt do it 4me. the tempura udon was bland. I enjoyed the crab meat chawanmushi tho

Stamina roll is the reason I keep coming back for it.
