Great place to get some exercise and fresh air , though this place gets busy on weekends. Come at off times for the best experience.
Open sunrise to sunset , and free to the public, with easy walking paths , picnic tables , and restrooms . A quiet and peaceful spot to stretch your legs before the long drive home.
The view was unbelievable even in the dead of winter. However I would recommend going in season to be able to see the museum as well .
Come and visit this beautiful park and lighthouse when near Portland (just 4 miles away!). Bring a picnic and relax on the rolling meadows. Very picturesque!
You’d be missing out on something big if you don’t grab a lobster roll at Bite into Maine food truck !
The old fort and mansion are great fun to explore (although not for the claustrophobic!) and it is a beautiful park for picnics and weddings.
Hang out by the shore or have a picnic in the shade. The abandoned mansion isn't as impressive as I'd hoped, so it's not worth a visit if you're only coming to explore an abandoned space.
Nice spot. Comes with its own lighthouse . Lots of picnic goers
After trekking we visited that light house and satisfied what we have seen...recommended ????????
A lighthouse , rundown buildings, and a cliff walk... With free parking , this place is a-fort-able...

Pineapple soft serve is amazing and creamy. Supposedly from late June-early July they have fresh strawberry soft serve, but it wasn't on the menu when I stopped by. - Melanie W.
