The premium rooms with a preferred view are very nice, clean , and the bathrooms are larger than most hotels in the states - the little sitting room overlooking the park is a plus! --will stay again!
The Casa Monica has some of the best staff I've had the privilege to deal with. If you have the opportunity to stay here I highly recommend it.
Great old school bar with pretty decor.
My favorite hotel in St.Augustine for the Old City experience. Restaurant is actually pretty good too.
The historical location and beauty of the hotel makes it unique. The rooms are decorated to the hotel style.. looks a bit dated to my taste but it doesn’t take away from the overall grandeur.
A hotel that’s worth it for the location. Otherwise, it’s pretty standard and the rooms are small. I’ve heard their brunch is good.
Saw a ghost in the Anastasia suite when we stayed here in April 2004. Ask for this room if you're adventurous. (sighting has been previously reported by many guests).
Great bar , great food and fantastic staff ! We live next door and go there all the time.
Wonderful sophisticated lobby bar that had live jazz music and a strong caipirinha .
Valet parking can be a steal of a deal during peak times if you validate it (price drops to $5 when validated).
Great stay. Everyone on staff was terrific. The valets were especially courteous. Be sure to take advantage of the beach club privileges .
The pool area is fabulous for lounging and sunning if maybe not the most kid friendly . Which might be why I like it.
Gina is a great bartender . Mixes up tasty drinks with fresh OJ . Fantastic.
Take advantage of the beach club for sure. Showers in rooms are weak and he temp is variable.
Now part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, but they don't seem to handle Marriott's elite members well . Their "complimentary " breakfast was a $10 off coupon, where nothing in the restaurant can b
Gina and Henry take great care of you at the bar !
If your staying here, they have free wifi in the corner cafe in the hotel that serves Starbucks coffee as well .
As a local eaten here a few times Food is fab but service wretched In Cafe actually saw staff drop tin to cook bfast sandwich leave on ground Walk over then...use w/out washing
Dont forget your free glass of champagne when you check in
Need some water? Swing by the fitness room and refill your empty water bottles!
Everything!
Very nice hotel with Moroccan theme.
This place rocks! Clean , gorgeous, awesome location. (And I'm picky.)
Nice place to have ice coffee while waiting on shoppers
Beach Club privileges , great tip!
I turned on the shower and the piping broke and water was coming out of the ceiling. They didn't even give a room had to go to front desk.
Waited in lobby for 2 hours for my room until they took the carpet out from under me for cleaning . Not a helpful staff
Room 460 is amazing.
Addison is a subperb bartender
The greatest "accidental" evening out!

Pretty impressive platting for the turkey benedict but food was cold and salty. I should have ordered the avocado toast. - Carmen Muñoz Camilo
