Shake Shack

Not as good as expected. Meat being a bit dry. Hard to believe this is said to be the most delicious burger in New York on Bourdain's program.

Delicious, affordable and conveniently located between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square.

The first experience in this place.. Delicious French fries with cheese .. And beef burger ..

Food is delicious. Don't give the staff here any slack - the front staff are rude and the back staff mess up food orders. Be very explicit with food item additions/changes.

Burgers wrapped in a grease proof pocket, very neat to eat even a a double burger without getting messy

The sticky toffee pudding milkshake is to die for.

Staff is rude and don't care if you paid for a bottled beer they will try to exchange it for a draft one. At this price.. honestly go to a bar and eat something there.

The burgers are ok, but my god, what a bunch of wankers in the staff ! One guy was literally yelling at tourist customers and ranting because they didn't hear him the first time.

Not quite as good as its American counterparts. Milkshakes just aren’t as thick

I don't get the hype. Bun is too soft and too sweet, patty good but not more, atmosphere terrible. Only the staff is very nice.
