Came here on a rather steady afternoon. Ordered my food and waited about 5 minutes. Food was hot and delicious! Best Chocolate Malt I have ever had. I mean this malt was amazing. Great Restaurant !

Yes their signature hot dogs and Italian beef are must have menu items, but portillo's also has great chicken sandwiches and burgers .

All their food is WONDERFUL. I'm partial to their salads , but friends come in from out of town and want their Italian beef , first thing!

Chopped Salad with no pasta and ranch...mmmm...and although the Lemon Poppyseed muffin is delicious, it's almost as many calories as the salad so...

Hot dogs and Italian beef sandwiches are a given but the lemon and chocolate cake needs to be added to the must have list!

Classic dog with everything and a tamales ! Beef and combo sandwiches are killer as well !

I ordered soup , chopped salad ,2 pieces of cake at 7:11 pm. At I called the store. Soup the issue. Finally at 7:30 my food arrives. Apparently they have to take some one off the grill to make soup

You haven't had Portillo's until you have had either a beef sandwich (with or without cheddar ) or a Chicago Style Dog with everything .

If i was trapped on an island and could only have one restaurant to eat from for the rest of my life, it would be portillos. I cant choose just one menu item...

I can vouch for the Chicago Dog , cheese fries and as everyone says, chocolate cake !
