I love how God's so call gifts to the world congregate at the mobile section telling you can get a free phone upgrade because they are not articulate in work ethics let a lone life

Had a great experience getting new phones, staff was knowledgeable and friendly . Make sure if you get your phone from here get the insurance from them too. It's better than what your carrier has.

It's as if bb dosent want to sell me a camera . The staff is going out of their way to discourage me.

The guy in the tv Dept who is in 2 bands was really helpful today

Bad customer service. Basically went out of their way to discourage us from shopping there and made it seem like doing their job was a chore.

Good best buy. Pick up service is awesome.

Front registers closed in the morning now??? Customers left to wait up front aimlessly until told to go to mobile! Not good customer service...

This place never has anyone working in the laptop/e-reader section

Might as well not have a Mac section. Recieved no help from employees and the Apple section only has wired products. Isn't this a technology store?

Don't bother asking employees anything. They will do whatever they can NOT to serve you. Can't find it? Buy it on Amazon in the store. Teach them the importance of Customer Service.

Dont bother buying anything expensive . If you return it opened, they charge 15% restocking fee, no way around it. check online at other retailer

Worst buy is more like it but we have $ 200 + gift card
