The Cambie Street exit never has human cashiers & if you bring your own bag it's often too heavy for the scales. Use 7th exit or just put your stuff on the sale w/out a bag & xfer it over.

Nice, bright , and big store. Parking is hard to find if you go there on weekends. Store lay out is different from other CT stores so kind of hard to navigate. Inventory is kind of limited.

Always open the box if you're buy something to make sure it hasn't been used or kleenex are in the bottom of the box.Yes I found a kleenex in a box with the item I bought

Grat deals on kitchen stuff just before Christmas (2013). Lots of stuff 60% and 70% off.

It's a big box full of stuff from China with a lot of staff , some of whom are helpful and others not so much.

Only self-serve check-outs?? Creating more lineups than anything. Not efficient. Misery for customers.

Service here continues to drop. Took me 15 minutes to find help then the self checkout system crashed.

Don't ask questions, they don't know the answers. Go in knowing exactly what you need. Even if they say they don't carry that item, they probably do.
