Best salads in NYC . The seasonal specials are always great, or go for the best classics like the Avocabo, Mexican Caesar, or the filling earth bowl .
First time you come here, get a salad without making any changes. They're designed to taste good the way they're on the menu. Also, the line goes pretty fast. 20 minute wait is worth it every time.
I have loved Sweetgreen since I first tried it four years ago. I love that they get as much produce as possible locally. I also like their creative take on salads . Try the citrus shrimp . Mmm.
Not a big salad fan but loved the guacamole green here (swapped for spinach ). Was a little worried the jalapeño sauce would be spicy and the guy let me sample it first :)
Avocobbo salad was excellent but I think every choice is a good choice here. Very fresh ingredients and fast, friendly service (don't let the line during lunch time daunt you, it's moving really fast)
NYC finally has a place to just sit and have a big ass salad with amazing ingredients and not feel like you're at some chain. GET the Earth Bowl . Love animals? Swap out the chicken for tofu .
Sweetgreen is great if you’re on a budget. I like the one at the NoMad hotel where I recently made a salad with chickpeas , falafel , & lemon-tahini dressing !
I never thought I could crave salad until I ate here. Kale Caesar IS all it's cracked up to be. Rad Thai also delicious. Drinks are refreshing but are really just infused water and not worth the pric.
The most fresh and healthy salad spot around - salads anywhere else will never compare now that we've been here. The wraps can't be beat either!
With new locations popping up all over the city , it’s safe to say this D.C. salad joint featuring ingredients sourced from local farmers is officially a hit in the Big Apple. Read more
I love the Kale Caesar ! Since the Caesar dressing is kind of watery (in a good way!), you can go light on the dressing and it mixes in to every bite. Overall, all ingredients taste so fresh.
The harvest salad is so filling and fresh. Great balance of flavors. If you don't like goat cheese , try swapping it out for feta .
You cant go wrong with anything you order; best salads in nyc . but before you leave make sure to order the cheese cake frozen yogurt . You're welcome.
Flavorful, creative, and delicious salads ! Rad Thai is great, and looking forward to going back and trying the seasonal healthy options !
Their salads are my favorite in the city . Their chicken is cooked nicely (tender) versus the typical salad spots. I love their misoba salad , but I'm sure any other choice is good!
Hands down my new favorite salad shop . Remarkably inventive salads and dressings , awesome drinks, terrifyingly fresh ingredients . Blown away by this place.
Veggies are all so fresh! The dressings are incredible here : spicy cashew and miso sesame ginger are the best.
my all-time favourite salad bar in NYC. Their salads are full meals, and come with an optional slice if bread . Come hungry!
warm bowl (spinach , quinoa , chicken , broccoli , tomato , Qatar bread crumbs , goat cheese , hot sauce , pesto vinaigrette ).
Heathy quick delicious meal for a reasonable price! Come early to beat the crowd or you would be standing in line for 20 mins
The best place to get a salad in nyc . My fav is Wild Child (vegan ). Local and organic ingredients . Their dressings are delicious, and staff is great.
Great food, only salads though, so if you're super hungry go for 'earth bowl '. Usually super busy lunch do be prepared to take away or eat standing up. Which is tricky.
Spring is here--get the seasonal wild rice bowl with goat cheese , apple , almonds , kale , and dried cranberries . The juices are excellent. But GO EITHER EARLY OR LATE FOR LUNCH . The lines get crazy.
Every salad is delicious. The seasonal salads are always good options, and if not, the guacamole greens or the hummus salad are always great go-tos.
Best to-go lunch salad spot in ny! Ordering online is best since the lines can get intense! Spivey sunflower seeds and raw beets are delicious!
Guacamole Greens with Blueberry + Basil Fresca are the best couple here :)
Best salads ever and less than 30$ for two pax. I like their philosophy and the whole "no cash" thing. It makes sense.
Probably the best salad place in nyc by an order of magnitude. Amazing. Gaucamole greens is delic. Download the app for $5 off too.
I like their hummus tahini bowl and cucumber ginger lemonade
Amazing salads , love the seasonal ones, but the lunch line is crazy and out the door (I waited 40 minutes). Plan accordingly or order online ahead of time and pick up (less horrible wait for that).
The kale salad is amazing. I usually get extra sauce but everything is fresh and delicious. The line is super long so go early or late in the afternoon.
Watermelon lemonade & district cobb. 'Nuff said. And people, the glass is there for a reason. There is no need to reach over and point to every topping you want. The staff can hear you just fine.
Avoccabo Salad was delish! Get there early because there's a line (that often goes outside) at lunch . It was about a 10 minute wait once the line got to the front door.
Literally the longest lines ever at lunch rush but come after 2:15pm and it's doable. Spicy cashew and miso sesame ginger dressings will make bring your salad to another level.
The lunch line is intimidating but it moves faster than you think. The lettuce here is very fresh. Get the Guacamole Greens !
Omg you gotta try the wild rice bowl . A bowl of healthy yummy sumptuous goodness. Make it happen now people. #sfnomad
Best salads I've ever had in my entire life, EVER. I dare you to try the harvest bowl and not like it.
The harvest bowl is all things delicious and there's usually quite a queue, but hey, you wanna look good naked too, right?!
I've been recently trying to eat healthier, and this place really does make it easier for me. Lots of healthy and great tasting food. Highly recommend it!
Hands down the best salad spot in the city . I always get the kale caesar , probably the best salad I've ever had! Love so much!
Really fresh greens , big salads , and great service. Chicken Parm Salad is so good. Tastes just like chicken parm but healthier.
Order online to beat the lunchtime rush. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the staff is always upbeat. Leave your "trusts" and testimonials here: http://bit.ly/1fib4An
PEOPLE OF NEW YORK: you can order your salad online and pick it up in the front of the store YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN THE AROUND-THE-BLOCK LINE

If you are a single dude looking for a date over the weekend come here after the 7:30pm Soul Cycle class ends. Out the door.
really cool, progressive place with a nice vibe and the best salad in town . It's worth the walk to this location and standing in line .
The kale Caesar salad is what brings our office back again and again. Go medium or heavy on the dressing , or add a bit of Sriracha for a spicy kick .
Warm quinoa , sweet potatoes , zucchini , squash , radish , double chicken , eggs , tomatoes , corn and pesto vinaigrette . Yum
Avocado greens with extra lime juice . Tasty, fresh and healthy. ????????????????????
Love the fact that they have goat cheese and great combinations on their suggested salads - L B
Beautiful park, plenty of seating, really nice in the evenings. Shake shack always has a line, but it's worth the wait - Justin McKissick
Come early to avoid the queue, and get espresso, it's good and fast. The apple juice is also incredible - Jacob Briars
Nutella crepes! And the rooftop restaurant with Great views and food is a must! - Alex Currie
