I come here at least twice a week, place my order online before walking over from a few blocks away and my food is always ready WITH NO LINE when I get there. Great service!

Amazing service - they'll give you extra sauce if you ask, unlike the place at inner harbor

Has lines stretching to the door at the weirdest times – like late evening when you should be able to get in and out. Seems understaffed.

Get the iPhone app and order ahead with your phone!

Don't turn away if there's a line . It moves fast! 5 minutes from the door.

This store is dirty . Has rats and cockroaches. Check the dirty air vents as well all that brown is in your food. Susan the district manager is about as business savvy as microwaved snickers .

Make sure you're hungry!

Great food but horrible service. Always takes too long for a burrito and they can never roll it right.

They also serve Quesadillas (which aren't on the menu)!

They still dont know how to cook rice . Often it's too sticky.

Their lunch staff is the slowest of any chipotle I've ever been to.

Found a hair in my burrito !!! They dont wear hairnets or have their hair pulled tightly back to prevent such a thing from occuring!!! Not a happy camper. Just got my money refunded.

If u have something to do, don't come here between 12-2pm. Or preorder online.
