Everyone is SUPER kind, personable, and loves what they do! It shows in their great service. They're like family & treat customers like family!

Chicken wrap is always a good snack option with a frap on a hot day

Good & friendly peeps work there. Treat them nice. Don't be like this old bag in line today and throw a fit that your coffee is too hot. People like that need tickled a little bit.

Oprah cinnamon chai tea latte is a must! Add on a heated slice of pumpkin bread for an extra treat ????

Very friendly staff . Service can be slow but that is quite dependent on what time of the day it is. One of the few Starbucks locations I regularly go to. The rest tend to make me angry :P

At the time of this tip, they still have gingerbread lattes . Manager told me, "I was smart and ordered enough ahead to keep everybody happy."

Staff here is always great. A couple weekends ago, went in to find a monster line of customers waiting for their fancy pants drinks. Grabbed a coffee and an OJ , barista gave it to us on the house.

Iced coffee comes with syrup for no extra charge! Thank you, nice barrista people!

Open later than others in the city . Very vibrant part of town

PEOPLE: Be considerate and let the staff know when the condiment station is low on creams, sugars, etc.

If you ever leave this Starbucks, use the left-side glass door. They lock the right-side glass door to trick the hamsters .

Very busy here between 7:30 and 8:15 when classes are changing at UB.

Be careful walking to Starbucks, lots of ice and it's on the corner of a (somewhat) busy intersection .
