Nice pub , good nachos but I expected a greater variety of beers . Don't forget to read about Maggie Dickson's crazy story, the pub is name after this famous Scottish figure.
Steak and Scottish Ale pie with mash and veg , quite good!
We had a "carnivore platter" to share, very tasty. Great value for price, totally recommended!
Live music till midnight when we went. Nice environment, quite a few people in too .

Complete dickheads! Asked us to leave after we were seated because we wouldn't have lunch or dinner at 5pm. Did the same to other people in front of us as well . Totally unacceptable!DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The veggie sausages sandwich is deelish
Be careful of the seagulls if you sit outside, we saw them take food of a persons plate while they were eating

Just lovely. Nice food (Haggies and Salmon steak as well), good ale, wide selection of whiskey. Live music every night at 9, not too loud though. Place to be! - Red Mullet
