Inside the hotel lobby, I see many people complaining about service but I had no issues. Toilets are also very clean (they are part of the hotel ).

This is a nice, relatively quiet Sbux to work in, but only has two convenient banks of plugs. So charge that battery first!

Hotel Starbucks. Also one at convention center but both busy and more expensive (+50 cents more than usual for latte !) Cheaper and faster Starbucks at 1000 H St or 701 9th St.

June 2014: They don't have a scanner to read the Starbucks app so be prepared to read your card number for them to type in.

Chai Tea-latte with a healthy oatmeal bowl with red dried berries sliced walnuts with honey , will cast cholesterol away

Venti vanilla bean frappacchino with 3 shots of espresso on top, Carmel drizzle, and whipped cream ! Mmmmm! You deserve it!

Service can be hit or miss. Seems to be getting better in the last year or so!

It's Starbucks! Top quality. Worth the $$$

Espresso machines broke down this morning. You can have brewed coffee , though.

They got my drink wrong and argued with me about it. Glad this is not one of my regular Starbucks.

Caramel apple spice ! Unless they're out of apple juice which happens too often.

Remember that you CANNOT USE THE WIFI unless ur staying @ the hotel .

They are so nice here. Everyone has a big smile.

They don't take coupons and drinks are 5-10 cents more than freestanding Starbucks stores

Unfortunately the WeeFee connectivity is very poor here

They close too early and are not utilizing their area...

This place is always annoyingly packed and service is super slow.

Go somewhere else to get your coffee .

The place was dirty and disorganized. Avoid this location of you can.

Poor service and drink quality usually cause me to avoid this location.
