Make your own udon with the ingredients you want. Reminds me of udon shop in Japan.
The tonkotsu udon broth wasn't too bad but the texture of their udon was off.

New yet strange. The udon had hardly any broth and was very concentrated. We were told there was no egg , yet a guy further back in line got two eggs . I probably won't eat here again
