Had the #4 Special - Chicken Shoya Ramen , delicious! This place is small, but good taste comes out of that kitchen. I wish I've know this place had spicy ramen selections.
Had the habenero miso , minced pork and peanut ramen . Very rich broth , not too spicy . Will be back!
Love that they have 2 vegetarian ramen choices - I'm in awe of how they make such a rich broth with mushroom stock - Zetton is my new favorite vegetarian ramen spot!
They got a quality, but very catered to Japanese from Japan. Not so punchy in flavors unlike others, but you see lots of Japanese here. Good quality.
They have ramen without pork and it's delicious!!! Loved the spicy miso tantan noodle
Look for the “Huddle” sign and turn in to parking lot .
Get the spicy miso ramen ! And then add the habanero miso to it. Not terribly hot.
