Functional neighborhood mall . Best part is the library at the top floor and the Fairprice Finest in the basement . The Fairprice has good stuff and way cheaper than cold storage. Good butcher too.

Old-School Classic BD Cake found at newly-opened Swee Heng 1989 shop @ Clementi Mall # B1-K1/K2. Soft sponge cake topped with fragrant buttery cream, so old-school taste suitable for elderly's palate.

A local mall where you can find most daily necessities. If you are feeling lazy, try the soup stall at the food court . Healthy cheap eat!

The library on the top floor is good and conveniently located. Else keep on the same level of the mrt bridge into the mall will bring one aircon access to Clementi ave 3.

The Fairprice finest is not fine with it's 1 queue 2 counter system. There is no barrier for showing where the queue is. It is misleading and lead to even longer queues which turns customers away.

The former Eng Wah Empress Entertainment Centre Cineplex which is closed to be redeveloped into a shopping centre and 10 hall cinema.It is expected to be completed in 2012

When u exit the train station u r on Lvl 3 of the mall which is where u hv Starbucks. Cab stand is underground n a long wait b4 one arrives.

One of the few malls with free valet service in the underground carpark. Use it when the carpark is full!

The good options are getting better. Check out Stuff'd and O Mama Mia!

If the main carpark entrance is full, go by the dropoff point entrance. Tends to be faster there. Not sure why though.

Wanted to grab something while waiting for someone, go for gogo franks - never been so original at 7-11 ????

At Foodfare food court (4th floor) there is a children's play area with nursing facilities where parents can eat while kids play.

Nice place to have a cuppa when you do a transit from the mrt to the buses

I think it's a good mall , the location among mrt and foodcourt center

Starbucks here is a great place for friends and couples to chill And hangout 

The 2nd floor seating can be really cold, but that what keeps me coming back. :-)

At B1 - Dango bento set is 'copy' brand they serve rice balls + 3sticks for "6bucks" n each stick costs up to 2.00 per pcs (very exp)

How can i walk across to the MRT every time there is an event in front of Guardian pharmacy ? It will be a standstill.
