The sushi ? Awesome. Henry made the sushi , and it's the best (custom) roll I've had. Ask for the hamachi , the way "Ray requested." I told him to remember, because he killed it.
If you are in a conference with limited time for lunch , this place offers good meals at a good price. Pizza & Cesar Salad were decent. Their Raspberry-Mint lemonade is the best in town
My boyfriend mentioned to the buffet head that I am vegetarian and she made me a special order of tofu fajitas . Thank you! The chefs are great, service is okay.
The shrimp spring rolls are light and delicious. The peanut dipping sauce has just the right amount of spiciness .

The jibareto sandwich is amazing... Crisp plantains for the bun ... Great flavor... Warning though... Not diet-friendly, a bit greasy... But oh so good.
They have the best drink selection & the drinks are amazingly delish.

The Saturday lunch buffet for $15 is very nice. Jerk chicken & beef . Includes soup , salad , beverage & dessert .
Food is fine but do not be fooled...this is just the Hyatt restaurant , not a local spot to visit if you are on vacation.
No issue with the service. Bar was crowded , but waitress very attentive.
@ Rachael - It doesn't matter. While I was here the birds were inside too. Staff don't seem to notice or care. Bad form!
