Grand Hyatt San Antonio

Beautiful hotel . Went for a wedding and now I am thinking about staying a night. Near the riverwalk which is a highlight for San Antonio! Great historical sites near!

Amazing hotel ! We were on the 22nd floor so we had an amazing view of downtown. Check out the pool on the 5th floor, it's a rooftop pool ! It's very close to the river walk for restaurants too!

Their ice buckets are amazing. They keep the ice intact overnight. Amazing. When the belllman brought up our luggage, he asked if we needed a bucket of ice. He went and filled our ice bucket. Sweet!

Wonderful place to relax near Riverwalk with service-oriented team who aims to please. Don't hesitate to ask for concierge for guidance or help.

Nice hotel , good service . Although they made me change rooms and when I checked out from one, the other was not ready. Very good gym .

Stayed here for a total of 4 nights and I must say...this hotel is classy !! Everyone from valet to management works with a smile on their face! Great place to stay and right on the river walk !

The hotel is perfectly placed for a quick walk to the Riverwalk, the mall , the Alamo, and all the sights.

I really like this Hyatt. It is above average consistently for a Hyatt in service, appearance, etc. Closer to the "mall " and convention center vs the other nearer Hyatt hotels on river walk , but ≥$

The pools are great , the location is good . It has a directly acces to river walk . Good place . The staff is not to friendly but good place to stay

Great hotel ! But I live worried about getting charged for everything I touch and ask for... At least it should be Free Wifi available for Grand Club rooms !!

Make sure to bring your workout clothes , the gym is phenomenal! Self-park, though; the valets are sooo slow.

Fuckin amazing view , 5 floor by the pool, you could see most of downtown! Just don't go if your not a dare devil, theyll get you w/trespass

Beautiful hotel . Great staff . Perfect location. Only draw back is no Bravo & AMC on the Hotel TV . How am I supposed to watch Breaking Bad yo !?

Go all the way down to River level and walk under Commerce and Market . You can avoid traffic and get to the mall in 10 minutes.

Hotel rooms have bedbugs. Nachos at Bar Rojo are good. Fitness center and pool area nice. In-room breakfast was disappointing (food wise- tasteless). Staff was friendly .

Request a high floor, the view is awesome!!! 24hr pizza available at Perks in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel right on the river walk , but I found it very noisy in my room and it kept waking me up.

A really nice place to stay

Disappointed in the absence of pride in the hotel . After an alarm went off for 20 min on our floor last night we an apology and comp'ed parking , which was already free to guests of the hotel . Bummed!

Well-decorated lobby and a coffee bar that's open 24-7. I'd skip the bar , tho', as there's not much action -- even on weekend nights.

Restaurant is really crappy. The buffet is a ripoff. 16$ and only one meat option is not cool. The main menu only has 8 main dish options and all are Asian inspired. Should have another restaurant .

Use the check-in kiosk and go right to your room!
