You have to Enjoy the Location! It's in the Middle of Everything! Rooms were nice & My floor was quiet (38th) ~ Staff was available & nice!

Rates are reasonable. Alex at the front desk went out of his way to give our son a gift as he was having surgery. Impeccable customer service. We will only stay here when we are in San Antonio.

Have stayed here many times. Free wifi in lobby. Conventionists usually get free Wifi in rooms. Everything is always clean ; good service . Only complaint - bed is super hard and made back issues worse.

Very nice hotel ..I would go back again. Good Location to the mall and Riverwalk access.

Good place to stay while in San Antonio. It's within walking distance to a great swath of the Riverwalk!

I went there this morning to pick up a Starbucks and "Turn down for what" was playing in the lobby speakers. I have to say, not sure if it was appropriate but I sure liked it!

For the price is this Hotel I can stay at a top notch anywhere else in the world. These accommodations are very average and the price of their drinks at The Bar is outrageous.

It's a great place to stay and it's near the river walk and mall .

If they offer a handicap room take it! They are BIG!

Nice Hotel great access to the river walk

The elevator makes me dizzy! On the other hand, the hotel is connected to the mall , which is very nice.

Clean hotel , helpful and polite staff , great location.

Grab a cold wet towel from the gym to cool off from a hot sticky day!

Everyone's whining about how slow the elevator is. It's not slow. There is free WiFi in the lobby, it should be everywhere, but I made do.

Service is dismal at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Better to eat at the lobby bar .

Be aware that even if you purchase wifi , it may not work -- boohoo.

You can rent a mini fridge for your room, pretty nice.

Wifi was not free after the first and second floors.

'High-speed' lobby wifi is as slow as dial-up.

Free Internet in lobby, Internet in room is wired and noon to noon - not very flexible or easy to set up

5 free laundry machines. $1.00 for soap. Pretty sweet deal.

Room was small and cramped, very expensive and Internet in room was expensive . Staff were nice, meeting rooms were freezing. Great location.
