La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk

WeTook our 2 dogs..And they called to let us know they were barking.. We told them we could not make it back to the hotel .. No problem.they offered to take care of our pups in the lobby..Thanks guys!

Excellent front desk staff ! Asked me to move to a single bed room. When I saw the room was a roll-in shower I asked for a change of rooms. They put me in a suite, no extra charge! Great hotel !

Great hotel . We checked our group of 19 rooms in in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful staff , great breakfast .

This room is great! It's like an apartment ...has a fridge & microwave and plenty of cabnit space. 2 tv 's 2 a/c's. It's pretty awesome

Had excellent service at check in. Breakfast is good. Room was clean . Only thing that took a bit was them cleaning it.

Near any places you want to visit, shopping mall , museum , alamo , ..... etc. ........ by walking

Clean and a great location, but TV didn't work, phone didn't work, and the water pressure was weak!

I would rather walk in on my parents having sex than stay at this hotel again. Check-in during conferences is a disaster with a line wrapping around the entire lobby every year. Don't stay here.

Horrible customer service. Had little issue with hotwire reservation and their reservation system but they would not even try to see or help what or why that was going on. Horrible experience

Excelente hotel , gran desayuno incluido (waffles en forma de Texas!), wifi libre, alberca y buena atención del personal . Cerca del centro.

Pesimo servicio no regresó jamas no respetan las reservaciones que traíamos y la entrega de habitaciones hasta las 17:30 entregaron su muy pésima mal comportamiento de la resepcion
