This is my first choice in hotels in downtown San Antonio. I love the location, the rooms, and I especially love the staff here. They set the standard here for hospitality !
This is a pretty nice hotel , rooms were furnished nicely and the king was spacious . Rooms have a nice balcony . Note, the Starbucks is not able to charge stuff to your Starbucks rewards card.
Beautiful hotel and the staff was polite, prompt and precise. Centrally located, close to historic landmarks and shopping centers. The view from our room balcony ...simply breathtaking! We will return.
Loved everything about this hotel Perfect location Lots of shopping, sight seeing, restaurants ,& bars within short walking distance. Staff is great. On site restaurant is good but definitely venture out
Great location in the heart of Downtown San Antonio. Right on the river walk and a 10 minute walk from all the attractions .
An awesome hotel the staff is incredible, food in the breakfast area off the chain good and the rooms are very nice
Great place to stay on the riverwalk and nice hotel . The fitness room is very large too!
The breakfast is amazing! Omelet bar :) the hospitality is nothing I expected! Even the cleaning ladies greet you in the hall! Very satisfied with my stay :)
Get a room with the view of the river walk ! They've done some recent remodeling and the place looks great!
Room 1020 right next to the elevator and very loud . Asked to have and they did. The river walk is noisy during the evenings and can be heard in the room. Ideal location for sightseeing on foot.
My room for a conference at the Convention Center worked out here—very convenient. WiFi seemed pretty steady, too
Visit Ibiza on the River Walk and ask for a Corona-Rita. It’s a delicious combination of a Corona bottle turned upside down in a margarita ! You will love it.
Great hotel in the perfect location on the Riverwalk . Great service here too.
Very nice hotel , but everything is very expensive (I guess that comes with staying at a Hilton). Get food, drinks, etc. somewhere else and bring it back. They have a fridge in the room.
Great location, very friendly staff . There's even a coffee bar in the lobby.
Awesome views of Downtown!
The rooms are nice looking, but they get hot, even in winter. Hallway noise easily heard in room, Wi-Fi is always dropping. They don't have rooms ready well after HHonors requested check-in time.
Very nicely renovated. The meeting rooms are so chic and modern. Enjoyed my stay.
The location of this hotel can't be beat. ...it's right at the center of everything.
The computer controlled elevators are cool and very efficient.
Kids eat for free on the breakfast buffet with hotel stay! Good buffet , which includes omelette bar !
Built in 202 working days and ready for the TX World Fair in 1968 this 21 story hotel was the fastest hotel of its kind ever built.
Understated elegance to the architecture and extremely competent employees.
Nice hotel , nice room. Very comfortable beds . Parking is out of control! $39 for one night?!
Enjoyed the stay here for the most part. The parking prices are absolutely ridiculous at $39 per day now.
Think twice before staying here. One of the loudest hotels with slamming doors and voices that carry through walls
Stayed here for a conference—conveniently right across the street from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center
Great hotel . Great rooms. Great views . Cheeeful staff . AWFUL valet service . Takes way too long.
Totally updated. A lot of street noise in the morning but there's an app for that. Comfy ass beds.
The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are nice. However the elevators sometimes don't work at all when they are busy and the wi-fi that costs $10 a day is very slow and drops signal often.
The newly renovated rooms are very nice. Ask for a riverwalk side room!!
Very noisy . Plan on not sleeping or bring your ear plugs. Cars, bars , sirens will keep you up all night
Very nice property on the Riverwalk .
Skip the expensive breakfast buffet , walk a block to Schilo's. Better, cheaper, and has some character.
See my above post... I had an asthma attack every time I walked into the room b/c the a/c filter had so much crap in it!!!!!!!
The Audio Visual staff at the Hilton is wonderful. If I were you and needed AV, I would ask the Hotel staff to speak with Swank.
The wifi costs 9.95 and is the slowest ever! Don't pay for it! You can get it free and faster other places!
Be sure to get out of the hotel and walk along the river walk . Worth it!
Beautiful room
Very clean ,friendly , & nice remodeled rms,.. Wifi just sucked! Even guest Srv couldn't help!
Parking is pretty pricey . $38 valet, $22 self parking . If you don't need your car, do neither and park yourself in the same garage for $12.
Beautiful double room.
Be sure to ask for a renovated room--they are quite nice!
Ibiza Patio Restaurant : Order your favorite cocktail , and post a Twitpic with the caption “Cheers to Moms” using hashtag #intel
Ask for Luis @ the Lobby Bar . Fantastic bartender .
Elvis Presley stayed here in 1972 for a concert at Hemisfair Arena that was later featured in the documentary Elvis On Tour .
The WiFi is atrocious, always dropping out.
Best place to stay for TMEA! Or any convention in San Antonio.
Downtown side of hotel loud . Sirens going off all day. Parking 47.00 a day upcharge. Valet is chaotic. Not an experience I was eexpecting. Never again
Completely re-decorated. Looks beautiful. Except everytime we come they mess up something with our room -.- irritating
Great beer and atmosphere. Music is great. It's like everyone there is hanging out together - B
Over-priced but the java colada was gooooood! - Colleen Boyle
