Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

Very nice, shops too, especially Einstein's Bagels ! Be sure to go to the 11th floor to take in the view from the roof pool deck. The spa is nice but quite pricy , use the discount voucher in the room!

The view from the 8th floor, river walk view . If you want to be in the thick of the action at the river walk , this is a great location. A lovely and bustling hotel , but the rooms are quiet .

Nice rooms, nice gym , I don't see a hot tub but the pool is nice (and cold). Valet is 35 a night and slow wifi is 10 a night. Yeah amazing that wifi is actually a charge in 2013. Friendly staff though

Awesome Hyatt being right on Riverwalk ...one of the best places to stay in SA if you're looking for easy access to everything touristy .

This is a really nice hotel , but be prepared to pay for EVERYTHING. Nothing is included in the cost of the room, not even Wi-fi ($10/day). Plus side is the breakfast ($18/adult) is delicious!

Hotel is beautiful. Staff , fabulous. Rooftop hot tub , non-existent. Huge disappointment! Pool is only 3.3ft deep, 10x25ft, currently 17 kids & only 4 adults. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE for adults to enjoy!

Great location on Riverwalk ! Across from Alamo and centrally located to restaurants on the RW. Clean rooms too. A bit noisy--we are on 6th floor and can faintly hear street revelers below.

A trip to San Antonio requires spending time on the Riverwalk ! What a great place to stay and enjoy it all the time! -Piatti at Eilan and the Quarry

Had a great New Year’s Eve buffet dinner and complete party package to view rooftop firework show . Great night $150 per person. Worth it.

I agree...the complaints are old and i have had an very enjoying stay. Staff was very friendly and looked like the best location to stay on the river walk as it surrounds many restaurants .

Great hotel & valet guys are fabtastic & super friendly ! Downside is bar staff needs to be beefed up on people & friendliness when you have a convention staying at hotel !

On the river walk easy access to the alamo and mall as well !! This hotel is the best ive ever stayed at!!

Staff has gone out out of their way to be helpful. Clean , lovely rooms, comfortable beds , nice bar & restaurant ... And right on the Riverwalk . I'll stay here again.

They have huge TV 's in the rooms. Our was overlooking the Alamo. Will definitely be back!

There is really no good way to get from the lobby to the riverwalk . There is an elevator , but you need to be a guest to use it to go up to the lobby.

Make sure you get a room that faces the Alamo! This is the view from room 1162.

I think the hotel is beautiful, everything is brand new, staff if extremely helpful and polite, gym is awesome, and you are right on the riverwalk . Stay here!

The weekday pasta bar is the best. Be sure to say hello to Danny the Chef !

Ask for an even numbered room on the 20-24th flr, facing north or DT. These r the best rooms according to the front desk.

Comfortable accommodations in a great location. The parking situation is a bit of a mess. Understaffed for the busyness, but the staff were friendly .

This is a great place to stay. Best on the Riverwalk . Check out the views from the pool and fitness center on the roof.

Rooms are okay, bathrooms are small, room clearness is below the average, location is great. I do not recommend you to use the valet. They are too slow

For Europeans, Texas Law is NOT understandable.You order a drink (incl. state taxes), and then you're not allowed to drink it, only on your room! Because you ordered it at 1.59am!
