If you're looking for a decent, not-so fancy place to stay in Makati, Berjaya is good. Service is good too. They're the only hotel I know that serves adobo at their breakfast buffet .

Rooms are spacious and elegant. Breakfast buffet at the Mezzanine has authentic Malaysian and at times Indonesian cuisine .
Nothing grand about their buffet breakfast but i'm happy coz they have the best corned beef and omelet ! ☺️
old building interiors, the staff is the best highlight. the restaurant is goid but the pool is depressing
The service is really great. The rooms are lovely and they can pack you breakfast to go if your flight is before the buffet breakfast opens.
They have a pretty great range of foods. You should definitely try chefs special lunch and dinner . Surprisingly good
The hotel has a distinct aroma... like cardamom or some Indian spice.

They serve breakfast from 6:30am to 8:00am, do eat early since they have few tables in the mezzanine and it gets crowded and their services is lame.
Dont forget to try unlimited Margarita . Drink all you can. Yep. Drink all you can.

The upper floors are renovated quite nicely. The other hotel rooms are OK, but the rest of the building looks dated. Good value for money .
