Rooms are new with modern furniture . Cleaning checklist should contain a few more standard checks but it'll do. The buffet here is good! It's a safe pick and you'll get your money's worth.

Reserved 2 rooms weeks ahead, 1 twin sharing and the other triple sharing. When we arrived at 4pm they didn't set up the triple sharing & I have to remind them. Took time to set it up.

It's a condotel so don't expect a 5-star service. But the service is way better than most condotels. Food buffet is better during lunch and dinner . There are 3 pools and a gym at the 3rd floor.

Great service. Tidy rooms . Quite sexy pool area . A great place to stay for business trips in a pretty and safe area .

This was my second stay. Never been disappointed except for the elevators which has diff access to the pool and resto... But everything's all good including the staff .

Aint that accessible for public transport but surely is a nice stay for theres the good ambiance and lovely staff 24/7 in good terms. ✔

Probably the best hotel in Global City . Central to everything and huge yummy breakfast included.

The ballroom is elongated. Too many pillars that it is not ideal for a big group meeting. Parking is a challenge due to limited slots. Best to do valet or just park in the open parking across.

YUM! Gorged myself on Lechon Sinigang and Sautéed Crabs in Alavar Sauce. The Durian Panacotta was the perfect ender.

Elevator 1 doesnt go to the restaurantso dont use it. They have a Ground Floor, also a 1st floor, so dont get confused. The 1st floor is technically the 2nd flr already.

The rooms are spacious with 2 TVs and a good wifi connection ...

practical accommodations if your business is in the BGC area . no frills, but not lacking either. my only complaint was that the ground floor lobby (the hotel lobby is in the 5th) had no aircon.

The entrance is just not it. Pasta is good, lechon kawali house specialty yums.

Merienda Cena for only P295 net!! Burritos and wraps would be the highlight for this month of August!

Elevator 2: button for floor 14 does not light. Just press once and it will take you to that floor. :)

Breakfast buffet was just ok. Selection was not like of a 5-star. Some other lower star rating hotels offer more choices of breakfast , this one wasn't. But overall, the food is 7/10.

A bit nondescript but it's the cheapest hotel in BGC.

Breakfast was sulit considering what I paid for overnight but super hate that I didn't get parking because they had an event and their parking was already full.

i get no answer from their hotline 0 3 times between 1.30 am to 2 am, that was the first time i experienced this in a hotel !

Good breakfast though selection is quite poor. Comfy bed , and clean rooms . Parking needs improvement

They have the best red velvet cake I have ever tasted.

The entrance was a bit tricky. Food was good.

Everything was terrible. Parking , check-in, room service , breakfast , check-out. We asked for the manager over 3times during our 18hr stay (late check-in was LATE) and no one came. Don't stay here!

Wifi connection is very bad, weak especially on the 14th floor. Unacceptable since Manila is a connected city & the hotel is next to globe telecom.

Ground floor lobby is a bit small and crowded . Needs to be improved. But excellent service overall.

Location is ideal, room is quite big, bathroom sucks, gets floodied easily, wifi sucks and technically not available the first time i checked in even after assistance

Service desperately needs help! There was no peaking when we arrived even though it was included in the price of our room. No one from the reception staff knew what to do... :-X
