The exclusive club lounge at the roof deck transports you outside of Manila. The place is naturally lit in the morning and afternoons which makes the place even more inviting.

Very important. If you want to sunbathe , the pool is totally shaded from 2.30pm so no point in going if its after then. Would have arranged my day differently had I known!!

Wow it's loud here. You can hear all of EDSA and then some. Parties tend to get interrupted. The hotel itself though is quite nice and centrally located.

Not as good as its Bangkok counterpart. Rooms & facilities maintained well but outdated. I am also not a fan of the incense smell pervading the lobby area.

During Christmas season the hotel offers local Filipino-all-time-favorite "Bibingka ". Try "Bibingka with Kesong Puti (localized white cheese ) and Salted Egg ".

Satisfying breakfast buffet , polite and warm staff , hot water was brownish though. Sabi kakapalit lang daw kasi ng pipes that time.

the employees are nice, 90% of the services are on point, it's next to most of the top shopping malls in town

Bad staff . You need more than 3 hours for checking in, even the front desk manager was rude and she didn’t bother her self to offer us a glass of water. Renovation going all day can’t sleep.

If you're too full theres a toilet between the the Thai and Italian restaurant . You can puke there and get right back to eating.

If you're here for the Sunday cross-over buffet , get a table at Benjarong where it's not crowded and peaceful . :)

Reception is horrifyingly slow...Took me over 30 minutes to be checked-in (only 1 person in front of me in queue) and I simply gave up after queuing another 30 minutes to change money.
