This is only my second time staying here and most of the staff recognizes and remembers me. I even got hugs! So comfortable it's like coming home, except at home no one makes my bed for me :)
The best staff ! Very warm and accommodating. Room is really clean and smells fresh. And their Easter activity was really fun! I'd surely stay here again.
Staff is nice, breakfast is good, the room is relaxing, bed is very comfortable , (free) internet extremely slow and probably useful to know that the restaurant and lounge are located on the 4th floor

I liked their bar , Citron. Its a bit of a coffee shop type rather than a bar . Nice place to chill and have a good talk
Breakfast is served at Flavors Restaurant located at the lobby from 6AM till 10:30AM. Gym at the Roof Deck open from 6AM till 8PM. Swimming pool at the Roof Deck open from 6AM till 8PM.
The hotel has direct access to The New Glorietta . The OZ rooftop bar also is a nice place to hang. Check-in counter is at Level 4.
there is access from Top of the Glo (4th floor of Glorietta 2) into the 4th floor lobby of this hotel . validated parking for guests available at the basement .

The rooms have a USB port to play your own movies -It can't read more than 32GB sticks but put your movies on that and enjoy your movies on the TV .

The staff is so accommodating and nice. Maganda yung gym and swimming pool area nila. Too bad out of order yung sauna room nila when we checked in.
