Staff are courteous. Rooms are very clean . Food is amazing. All-around service is excellent! I had a superb stay here. If youre looking for rest and relaxation, this is definitely the place.♥

The service of the people here is excellent and the best i ever encountered in a hotel ! Kudos to the always smiling and helpful team. The buffet line is great as well , literally eat like a king!

Order your breakfast (I recommend the Filipino set) and have it by the pool on the 4th floor rather than the Packed buffet for a more relaxed touch.

Newest hotel in Makati City. Rooms are nice and big, sound proofing if very well done, including main door.

Relatively clean & spacious rooms , but dated design(old carpet scent ), staff demonstrates textbook hospitality , good breakfast spread , huge functional gym , wonderful spa (but jacuzzi a bit rundown)

Everything here is excellent, right from courteous staff to the rooms, to the Buffet and quality of services!

Day 8. Pleasantly surprised how good this hotel is. Breakfast is superb. Dinner buffet is fabulous. Love the Long Bar .

Great staff , great breakfast and great location. Hotel cars are a little expensive but very reliable and friendly drivers.

The macarons at their coffee shop are one of the best, if not the best, I've tried. ????????

The hotel is clean and the rooms are okay. However, the valet and entry staff are terrible! It's surprising, considering the high standards they should have for Makati CBD and the brand they carry.
