Love their glass noodles , multi-grain bread , fresh honey bar (with live bees), fresh yoghurt (try the guava flavor), cold cut station especially the air dried beef and fresh buco (complete with shell)
Pretty good buffet ! They say it's even better than Circles but i haven't tried Circles yet so I can't compare. I super love the roast beef and salmon - sashimi and smoked. Impressive spread! ????
The desserts are very good. The bakery is on site. Try the honey ! Don't forget to take a look next to the ice cream . There was a wide choice of mango-based desserts the last time I was there.
Lots of varieties of food out here in the breakfast buffet ! Staff is really helpful. Desserts are lovely. If you are staying in the hotel , this shouldn't be missed!
One of the hotel buffets that I like. I just discovered that they can grill seafood as well . I do like their dessert selection and ice cream .

Champagne buffet is 5000 pesos with verve cliqot champagne . Regular lunch buffet is 1670 pesos and dinner buffet at 1900 pesos.
Their salmon Just melts in your mouth. Steak is pretty good, even better than Circles Shang Makati, they have sugar free chocolates which are awesome!
If you like breakfast granitas they serve 3-4 combinations daily. Mine was kiwi and pineapple . Yummy and filling. ;)

It's a buffet and their content changes, but I loved the indian long grained rice with cashews and the honey stand.
OK, this is TOO COOL! These people even have an all natural honey station where they have LIVE BEES right there making honey ! NICE!

Marscapone cheese with honey at the honey station is the bomb! Perfect blend of salty, creamy, and sweet.

Do not go on a weekday - limited selection of food.. sad - literally ????. Desserts are exceptional (churros were super!). Advertised wide selection of seafood is available on a Sunday.
Hot sandwiches and soup served cold! Appetizers served after the main dish? I'd expect top quality for a highly reputable group. 4/10. 4 points because the service staff tried to make up for it.
