Want to get fit? This is the fastest (and maybe most expensive ) way. Barrys classes are no joke, but they WORK. Always get a pb&j smoothie after. Treat yourself!
Not for the weak of ambition! The classes are doable for a beginner but get ready to WORK. TIP: Get there early because everyone rushes to be on the treadmill first. Try Rhonda or Harley !

This treadmill-based workout combines killer cardio with sculpting floorwork. We like to call it "the fastest hour in fitness," especially with Joey, Keoni , or Noah.
Patrick, Matty, Noah and Rebecca are all amazing. Quite possibly one of the most amazing and grueling workouts ever.

Make sure to take Keoni 's 6 or 7 AM class on Friday. He's the best instructor --- kicks your ass in a tough love kind of way.

Harley is solid. The class is tough but a good economical alternative to personal training .
No class is ever the same: Some days you’ll run for 30 minutes on joint-friendly Woodway treadmills then switch to free weights; other days you’ll alternate every five minutes.
