This is the old Boulevard Saimin...they take credit cards now (including Amex)...can do take-out with soup in second container so noodles don't get soggy

This is one of my favorite saimin joints; besides Ezogiku and a Won Ton Min from Zippy's to sober up post-clubbing.
The service here is not the greatest but food is good & comes quickly. These are not professionals.

The wait staff here are NOT professionals so the service is not great. The food however is excellent & service fast. But as I said the waithelp can be rude.
