I've been to a billion BBQs and this place is the BEST ONE OUT THERE, BY FAR. Deliiiiicious! Order a full slab for two and it's cheaper. Enjoy the variety of sauces they have.

Top notch brisket , chicken , & ribs . The pulled pork was a little dry but nothing the Carolina vinegar sauce can't fix. For sides, the collard greens , mac & cheese & mashed potatoes are the way to go!

New location on 21st South/9th East throws the old under the forthcoming SugarHouse trolley. Glad these guys did it! The Texas brisket & sauce is the best outside the Lone-Star state .

Pulled pork and burnt ends are phenomenal!!! Hands down best BBQ place in Salt Lake Valley!

The chicken wings are incredibly delicious. Seriously, skip the entrees and get 2-3 orders of the wings appetizer .

The ribs a served dry. There are sauces for each typical bbq persuasion. It is worth it.

The sides are all delicious but the BBQ was a bit on the sweet side. I like mine more on the smoke side.

The platter with pulled pork and brisket was fantastic.

Not much the brisket is fry, the sauce is meh, and the service is non-existent. I went there during my lunch hour and had to stand in line for 20 minutes to order. Weak.

Ribs are smoky and tender. Chicken is juicy. Pulled pork is flavorful but Brisket is dry and meh.

Hugely disappointed. First time, chicken dry, Greek potatoes dry and shriveled. Better roasted chicken at Smith's Food & Drug for $4.99. Go to Pat's BBQ for consistently good food. Not going back

Dry dry "BBQ" this is the worst brisket and pulled pork I've had in the USA! Plus if you show up after 9pm they microwave the food
