the beef rib is charred and sweet and must've fallen off the cow while cooking. the jiggle is legit. you get to watch the kitchen prep and that could be a joy to watch.
Black garlic ramen has a nice broth - but the portion is so tiny it simply can't justify the price. I could imagine having two bowls and not getting full. Maybe other ramen have bigger portions?
2nd time here, another tick for their Kakuni (special marinate pork ) tonkotsu ramen . Nice $3.80 takana rice too. But a big no-no for their katsu curry at the price of $17.80..

Ordered L1 spicy ramen w/ corn & was the right level of spice, pork belly perfect, broth flavoursome. Spicy karage was crunchy & juicy inside.
Tsukemen here is great - they use whole wheat noodles which have a great chewy texture.
Spicy Ramen is the most spicy food I've ever tried! Barely can eat. Black Garlic Ramen is nice.

Tried tonkotsu miso egg ramen . Nice thick broth ! Pretty nice taste overall. The 'teriyaki tofu ' and gyoza isn't bad too.

Good little ramen joint. Don’t get the ribs on your ramen . Almost impossible to eat and super tough. The rest is tops.

Kakuni ramen was awesome - huge serving
Merits: noodle is well made in-house. Intimate service in small space of 10 seats. Broth is too salty. An option of a lighter soup base should be offered. Too pricey for what they are offering
The thick noodle soup is rich and not for the feint of heat.
The soup here is thick. One bowl will make you feel full. Quite pricey for a bowl of noodle .
