Excellent sushi , the captain crunch roll was excellent! The pear and cheese was incredible and conch fritters are always good! Staff was so nice and friendly too!

Every time we go to Key Largo we eat in this Rest. Everything is excellent, the food, the staff is amazing.... when we want to each fish we just go to The Fish House!

A great spot to get fresh fish , they source from local fisherman when possible which is awesome. Try stone claw crabs , hogfish or cobia when available

Got the pan seared mahi mahi and it was delicious! The preparation was like chicken milanese . We ordered takeaway because of an 1.5 hour wait. Took only 10 minutes and held up well on the drive home

Get the smoked fish dip for starters, pretty sure you can't go wrong with any dish here. End the meal w/ slice of delicious Key Lime pie . We had shrimp & scallops w/ a side of fresh grouper ???? ???? ????

The Steamed Shrimp plate is fantastic! The shrimp are so fresh you can squeeze them out of the shell! My son had the Spicy Tuna Nachos which is a sushi dish. The tuna is EXTREMELY fresh!

Fun lights and delicious food. My favorite is the Matacombe Yellowtail and Lobster Bisque . Spacing is a bit tight and the place gets crowded at night.

Definitely must have the smoked fish dip and the Matecumbe. We weren’t thrilled with the fish and chips . Nice ambience and great service.

Amazing drinks and food. I recommend the Key Lime Margarita , the stuffed shrimp , and the key lime pie .

Funky place, prices are a bit much, but so are the portions. Prepare to take home. Matecumbe Mahi Mahi was awesome.

The steamed mussels were amazing, as was the Wahoo Matacumbe . Don't forget to save room for their homemade coconut ice cream served in a coconut shell!

Never had stone crab before... It was great. My wife loved the matacume fish dish (very Mediterranean style). Best service on the island . Check out the two gift shops next door.

Get the grouper Montefusca (sp?). Absolutely awesome. And the place definitely has a divey charm to it.

The seafood is good and fresh! Matecumbe is delicious! The only restaurant in Key Largo that I can visit over and over.

Their Thai tuna burger special is AMAZING! For dessert , double up with the key lime pie and coconut ice cream . The combo will make you melt!

Get the Yellowtail Matecumbe, it's phenomenal. The Key Lime Pie was the best I've ever had! The portions are large so go hungry!

Lobster bisque , oysters , broiled combo, key lime pie ... All fabulous. If u get more than 1 piece of key lime pie just get a whole pie (it's three dollars more than 2 pieces).

The Oreo cheese cake is the best I have ever had. What a great place to eat and what a great staff . Ask for eddy.

There is a lot of Humphrey Bogart's pictures at the walls. The Matacumbe Fish is good.

eat something as long it's seafood , awesome.. had the mussles, grouper , yellowfinn and crabs .. it's just perfect, but dont try the espresso is the name not worth..

Food is great but the portion size is huge. Plan to split an entree between two people. We found the specialty martinis to be too sweet for our tastes. Live music by Kevin was the highlight.
