A quick break from the city hustle ? Greeley park is the place. In the summer I had fun playing ping pong with new people and it was a good workout ????. Plus tons of resturaunt and retail stores nearby.
A decent place to hang out when you may have time to spare and may have an appointment nearby. There is foliage and shade via trees . Sometimes local musicians will play nearby.
Check out Broadway Bites for some small delicious bites, including this spicy pork burrito

Small and cramped but there are tables.
Lovely garden
Great place to meet someone without having to deal with the chaos of Penn Station, Manhattan Mall , or any of the other nearby crowded areas.
It's more fun when it's turned into an outdoor food court .

Watch out for all the bugs and insects in the summer.

Gets really crowded during lunch time, so plan accordingly
No more KFC and Nathan's across the street. Closed down.
