The rows are looooong, so of you come late and your seats are in the middle prepare to irritate everyone in your row

Come early and get a coffee and giant sugar cookie before the concert . You can eat outside by the water.

Great performers on the schedule, pleasant surroundings. Not a bad seat in the house.

They have a good lineup in the winter. The sound system needs improvement.

Nice intimate venue . Not a fan of seating with no center aisle though. Bar lines way too long.
