Arrive just before 11 am. There are some great restaurants that serve a very reasonable breakfast . Also you aren't affected by the heat of the day. Most of the shops open at 11 am.

this is my favorite place to visit in Florida. its southern Living and the best beach coupled with fine dinning all in one place make sure to go to the Columbia restaurant and order the 1926 Salad !

The only thing to do in Sarasota. Avoid the circle parking by turning left right before the circle and you'll see a nice parking lot . This makes it easier to get in and out of the place. I wouldn't r

Very pretentious and overpriced gift shops . Some nice places to eat but you pay loads for slightly Above average. Wouldn't go back.

Big Olafs ice cream is nothing compared to Kilwins !!! Ask anyone! Also Colombia great place to go, and just say no to Cha Cha Coconuts ! Gross!!

People's Pottery has the coolest glass nightlights. Worth a trip to the store just to check out the lights!
