Love Shark Pit our room was amazing with a nice jacuzzy . Angel from Vieques at the from desk made the diference. Short walk to the beach :). The A/c suck big time.
Staff are wonderful. They are always so friendly and kind. Rooms overlooking the shop and shark tank are the best.
The hotel employees are aware of the structural issues of the property (pool size, no ocean view , etc). That said treat them well , and they will in turn do the same.
Ask for the store front view room. Its never daytime in there
Love the Starbucks, the Shark Pit & the store!!! As far as the hotel the rooms suck! They are tiny & the woman working the front desk is by far the most ignorant person I have ever encountered!
Starbucks and nice surf shop attached, and the Shark Pit is pretty good. Also, you can walk to the beach !
Great value for park and cruise . Front desk guy offered excellent service. Free Internet is a bonus.
Will def. stay here again. Staff is nice, one block walk to the beach , and we got a free suite upgrade!
Arrived to a mess of papers on the front desk. The key card machine was broken, leaving us with no easy in and out access. We would have to go to the front desk and have someone take us to our room.

Not impressed with the pool. Very little sunlight, because it's inside the parking garage . Not on top of the garage ...INSIDE the garage .
