weekend is still long Q here. If happen to get a very far away number frm current calling number, jus expect at least min 50ppl process/hour if wan renew ur passport . Do ur thing & come back later.

The staff here are super friendly and smiley ... And best of all, no crowd and opens until 10pm daily...

Friendly and helpful officers . Efficient passport renewal within an hour. Bring a jacket for waiting as it's quite cold in there.

Fast service . Break time 7-8 pm. To renew yr passport , just bring the old one and your ic. Easy peasy.

Located at level 1 near food court area so u can have breakfast here first. Free basement parking .

Official website says opens at 8am, once arrived, the sign at the door days opens at 8.30am. Zzzzzz.....
