Go next door to take your passport photo! Eventhough it's 12 ringgit, the people there are kind, patient, and friendly . Unlike other places where their shops look dodgy and the people are so pushy!

Other than UTC Pudu and UTC Sentul , this office open on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30 am till 1.00 pm. Will only receivecapplication till 12.00 noon

Getting number take me 8am-10am on Sunday morning. Immigration should add on 1 more counter to segregate the application for renewal and new passport application in the different counter.

Kids under 2 and elderly have their own number Q, so just go in n get your number if there's a long line outside :)

Recommended to come here. Not crowded and the staff are very efficient...the first photo shop (PM Digital Photo) even helps you to fill up the form

So frustrated! While doin passport system down cant collect on same day.. Now system down again to collect passport ! Pls do something with the system pls! Its so FRUSTRATING!

The staff was friendly , beware of the people asking you to take photo outside, and limited parking space

this is the place where u can hear in the background that someone is so much smarter than the existing system ....

Everytime I come you also system down?!?! How many time d?? Why our country 's server such high tech? Satu Malaysia Boleh!!

If it's your first time here worry not, just go to the photo shop and they take pictures & even fill the form out 4 u at the price of RM12.40.

Its better if u come early morning..yesterday im coming around 10am..but till 1pm stil waiting..thn i go back..today im coming 6.45am n now 9am i can go sleep wit my pasport..

Quite fast service on weekdays. Can get your passport within 1 hour.

Take number-->Scan thumb print-->Pay money. Whole process takes less than 10 minits. How efficient is that.

Pls cm early @ 7am to Q up 4 no. Snr citizen cm on time @ 8am. Approximately 2h (weekdays) ; 4h (weekend).Else, u ned 2 wait longer!
