For those who want to renew ur license , 1 year = rm30, maximum 5 years u can renew. N u can choose to use ur new pic or IC picture. Now u can use blue background passport picture.

Please adhere to the following "dress code" ;) Also, they have a cool electronic customer satisfaction meter now. Please use it everyone. I personally think these workers need 2 attend SMILE camp.

Counters closes at lunch time and takes 2 hours just to renew a driving license . Thank you so much RTD (JPJ) !

There are people who can help you to renew license and so on...just pay a small sum of fees. :) they will explain to you what's structure of the fees too!

Malaysia's Road Transport Dept for renewing of car road tax , driver's driving license , new and second hand car register, etc etc. Always very crowded and big junk of runners and agents.

Done < 5 mins. Tq JPJ. Tukar hakmilik, no enjin & renew RTax. Problm only at Recptn counter (GLvl). Chatting among thmselves are their greatest virtue - < attntn to cstmers - thus 10 diffcl days

Strategic timing makes queuing 5mins or shorter each time. A few transactions a year. Finding empty parking lot is a hassle.

Advisable to come early on weekdays. Fast service and very friendly staff .

sixteen counters so things are going pretty fast. though there are lots of people, the waiting time here is pretty short .

Ive never been here bfore..but once i came here, it was congested with crowd of people who are not waiting for turn counter but queuing for turn numbers..ridiculous..this is the good ex of dev msia!

Take up to 2 hours just to renew license . Remember photo must be white background. Here got photobooth .

Go to one of the other branches if possible because this one is crowded

Quite efficient. Out of my expectation!!! I thought I need to wait for several hours to wait for 21 numbers, but not more than half and hour I settle all my stuff!! :-))

So true, info counter lady's got a chip on her shoulder. Be very polite n keep asking her questions just to annoy her. :)

When u r dealing with bureaucracy, patience is highly needed. Be prepared to spend at least few hours/half day for something major.

Making a new driving license due to loss doesn't need a police report anymore. Only need a copy of ic and a passport photo. Charged for rm20.

Went for a replacement of registration card, arrived at 745am, settled at 8am, not many people around so the service was very fast...

The forms should be bilingual or have a seperate form for non-Malay speakers.
