Great hotel , nice and friendly staff . Direct access to the seaside beach and to the beach walk. Nice pools, a lot opportunities for lunch and dinner .

The staff is very friendly . The breakfast very good,pool amazing. The view to the sea and atmosphere is wonderful. Just room was too small and not so nice how in the picture.

Beautiful location and amenities like renting a bike and of course a relaxing spa area . The latte scrub and moisturizing treatment was amazing! Balinese cultural dinner was better than the fire one.

In room dining is in many cases cheaper then going to one of their restaurants . Discounts at the Spa and Salon for early morning appointments, but don't rely in the free wifi in the lobby-awful!

One of the oldest establishments in the complex. Vast gardens and private beach are among its best features. My personal favorite dish is the duck pizza from Sandro's Pizzeria .

Bad service! After check in, I can't enter the room, the staff is inside of room and I asked why, she didn't answer it all, and no "selamat datang" or "selamat siang" regret to stay in here!

Un hotel care isi respecta numarul de stele, este intr-o zona premium si care nu prezinta riscuri de nici-un fel. Bugetul pe care trebuie sa il aloci este pe masura, dar ai 5 stele la nivel european.

Плюсов больше, чем минусов. А так как на отдыхе мы с супругой не заморачиваемся на минусах, то у нас одни хорошие впечатления об отеле и отдыхе здесь...
